Introduction
At Antrim Kit Mods & Medals, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our military tailoring, kit modifications, and medal mounting services. We understand, however, that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Our Returns Policy is designed to support you through this process.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Customized items may not be returned or exchanged due to the bespoke nature of the service.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number, name, contact details, and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an item that you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the items to be returned and the correct items to be delivered to you.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up until the time they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our returns process.
